Information on scheduling your student's drive!
*SATURDAY DRIVES*
Saturday drives is for sport kids ONLY!!!
THERE ARE NO FRIDAY OR SATURDAY DRIVES DURING THE SUMMER
There will be NO exceptions!!
MEETING PLACES
ALL after school drives we will pick up at the school.
Saturday drives and non school days, the pick up places are:
IOLA - Fitness Center
MANAWA - The Store Gas Station
MARION - Shell Gas Station
CLINTONVILLE - Kwik Trip
WAUPACA - Kwik Trip by the truck stop
WEYAUWEGA - Subway
ALL STUDENTS
ALL STUDENTS MUST HAVE THEIR TEMPS!!! IF NOT IT IS $50 CASH!!!
The students HAVE to show proof of 50 hours of drive time with 10 hours of night time driving. We will look at this on the last drive or if they want to bring it on every other drive, that will be fine also. If they DO NOT have the 50 hours, we can not send the info to the state.
CANCELLATION POLICY AND CHANGES
- If you need to cancel/reschedule a drive, you have a 1 day window before their drive to do so. If this is NOT done, there will be a charge of $50 for a NO SHOW FEE. This MUST be paid in CASH on their next drive.
- IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL WHEN THE OFFICE IS CLOSED, IT MUST BE DONE BY A TEXT MESSAGE WITH A STUDENT NAME!!!
- If you call to cancel a drive and you do NOT leave a name and it is your day of drive and you do not show, you will be charged!
- We have the right to change/cancel a students drive. The case would be if they are scheduled all together when there should be a skipped month, or no driving has been done. There WILL be notification on this change. ALSO, if a previous time slot has not been filled. We will contact to move the drive up a slot.
*When you schedule*
****1. ALL drives are AFTER school. The system would not allow us to do any other time but on the hour. *****
2. All drives will be at the school unless stated up above.
3. You will receive reminders on drives via email & text messages.
4. Please schedule for the first time slot available, we will move the drive up to fill slots, and will notify you.
5. When scheduling a drive, there has to be 25 days between drives. It is PER state law!!!

All our behind the wheel appointment scheduling is done through the DriveTrak app. Download the app on the device of your choice and login with the email address that you have on file with Ferg’s Driving School. Note, both parents and students can access the app separately.
